Help getting output for a single input from a input changing with time in simulink

So I'm varying the input to the system using an integrator block and I'm plotting output vs input graph.

But I want to view the value of output for a particular input and also show the graph.

for eg: my model runs from input i from 1 to 10 and plots the graph output vs input. now I want to view the output for, say i=4, and still show me the graph. How do I achieve this? (I'm using blocks in simulink)

This is not clear, how many inputs do you have? how many outputs? How many time are you running your model?
