simulink with ccs 3.3 and connected to TMS320F28335 controller to generate pulses

We are trying to link matlab R2010a with ccsv3.3. We were successful in linking and dumping the code to the processor(TMS320F28335). We gave the input to the ADC through an offset circuit, but we are not getting the expected output at GPIO pins. kindly help me what we need to solve this problem.
