Matlab R2011b is having problem with connection to the target preferences (C6713 SDK board)

Hi,
On my computer, I have Matlab R2011b and CCSv4. The board that I am working with is TMS320C6713. In Simulink, I have a select "Target Preferences" from Library Browser. Here is the setting for "Targer Preferences": -->In drop down list "IDE/Tool Chain:" I select "Texas Instruments Code Composer Studio". -->Board: I select "SD c6713 DSK" In IDE support, it has "C6713 DSK, CPU_1". When I click on "Get from IDE" to the right of "IDE Support", I get the follow error message: "Could not get settings from the IDE: Error map is empty"
In simulink, when I click on "Incremental build", I got model error. Here are the four model error: 1. The call to idelink_ert_make_rtw_hook, during the entry hook generated the following error: Could not connect to the board specified in Target Perferences block. The build process will terminate as a result.
2. Could not connect to the board specified in Target Preferences block.
3. Could not obtain board configuration from Code Composer Studio (TM). Make sure that Code Composer Sutdio is installed and property registered.
4. Error map is empty.
I used CCSv4 target configuration to the board and the connection is fine. I also check Windows 7 device manager and its listed there as well.
In Matlab "Configuration Parameters" under: -->Hardware Implemenation, under "Device vendor:" I select "Texas Instruments", and Device type: "C6000". -->Code Generation, "System target file:" I select "idelink_ert.tlc" -->Code Generation, under Interface-->Target function library: I select "TI67x"
Please help me to resolve these issues. Thanks.
