How can I transmit Q-PPM symbols over a channel?

I have generated a Q-PPM symbols which are saved in SxQ Matrix where S is the number of symbols. I want to transmit these symbols through a channel. The channel I have has a time vector with its corresponding amplitude vector (time,amplitude). How can I transmit these Q-PPM symbols over this channel? In addition I want to add noise to this channel then later receive the symbols and compare the received symbols with the transmitted. Thank you
