I need help with some matlab exercises, please help!

We are more than willing to help you. To get the most help, I would suggest starting a problem as best you can (write an m-file to accomplish the task). If you get stuck, go ahead and write comments into the file at that point to say what you would do but don't know how to code it. Once you have a good outline of the m-file go ahead and post it here and we can give feedback on how to finish it.
