Two types of data (Post flight versus preflight)are available.Only few parameters are selected for data mining. can you help me in implementing the exact matlab code to compare between post flight versus pre flight parameters on plot basis for every 50 ms. and observe the deviations with a highligt using guide.(GUI interface) What is the exact algorithm for implementing.

"Data mining" is a class of algorithms, not a specific algorithm. The algorithm to use would depend upon what you are interested in. The "exact algorithm" to use for your purposes might not have been invented yet.
