How can I create a channel?

I have a channel which is composed of two vectors: the first being the time vector (in ns) and the other the gain corresponding to each element in the time vector. I want to transmit a signal over this channel. I know there are inbuilt channel functions in matlab but I can't use them since I don't know the parameters of my channel. All I have is its plot. How can I transmit a signal over this channel? Thank you

What exactly does "I have its plot" mean? Drawn on paper by hand? A photo? A jpg image? A Matlab figure? The values as a vector?
