"asap" is not polite.
It is much easier to help you, if you explain the error you obeserve. Post the relevant part of the code and do not let us invest time for reproducing the error message you see, when you can provide this information easily.

It could be that you don't have something set up correctly that it needs to run, or it could be that it's just a poorly written program. Your first line of attack is to contact the author. Did you do that?
