How can I find and delete double triggers in EEG signal?

Hi!

I am working with EEG data (oddball task, 480 triggers) and have to deal with a recording error resulting in double triggers. There should only be 480, but 960 are displayed.

I am using a script to load hdf5 files into Matlab resulting in an "EEG" variable containing all the information, also TriggerTimes, TriggerType and TriggerValues which are all shown to be 960, but should be 480. Opening TriggerTimes also reveals that all values are doubled.

How can I automatically find and delete all double entries?
