Interfacing the Matlab +simulink with C6000 series in CCSv4

Hi ,
This is to requesting that if any one worked on the Matlab R2012a + Simulink interfacing with the C6000 series processors can suggest me that How to work on the c6000 processors with CCSv4 with MATLAB (Eg:C6713 and C6748 Boards )
