Error occurring in Data Acquisition Toolbox

When using Data Acquisition Toolbox at the start of my script I am getting the following message:
Warning: An error occurred during startup of the Data Acquisition Toolbox.
The code still seems to run fine but is this anything I should be concerned about? Does anyone know what sort of error is occurring?
