At the GA, I have a problem at defining function.

Hello. I wanna ask about using GA applacation

I'm trying to solve some problem ex) K=[k(1), k(2); k(3), k(4);]

y=max(K^-1)

Variables are k, and wanna find out minimum value of inverse K matrix

How should I define the function
