Can't find HRCAP embedded coder simulink block for TI F28035 DSP

Using 2012a and am successfully programming a F28035 DSP using the C2803x library. I want to use the HRCAP feature but can't find a simulink block in the C2803x library. eCAP and many other features have block models in the simulink library browser (photo below). Also I notice that HRCAP is not listed under the peripherals tab of the Target Preferences (photo below). Maybe HRCAP is not available on any C2000 DSPs. Is there embedded coder support for F2000 DSP specifically?

Is there an update or something that will make a HRCAP block available? Where to find it? Is there embedded coder support for F2000 DSP? Can you provide any information/suggestions/examples on how to use HRCAP through simulink without a block if I must use C2000 library? Thanks.
