how can i remove the Outliar from the following picture

sir i want to remove the outliar in attach picture...my actual location is (4,-1)..I am attaching the result of simulation now..kindly suggest me the appropriate way to remove the extra points from the picture.....

You might also consider RANSAC since most of your data looks pretty close to a line. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ransac

Or even simpler is to just fit a line and toss out those points with high residuals.
