There is a jump in the beginning of the curve

The simulation result for velocity starts from 0 when t=0, but in the very beginning of the velocity curve there is a significant jump from 0 to a certain value. My intention was to make the output velocity curve a perfect second-order polynomials. But I don't understand why there is a jump in the very beginning of this curve. I'll be much appreciated if anyone could see the problem here.
