Way to use "from workspace data" as "constant" for an established amount of the simulation time?

I have a 9 rows vector, which will be imported in Simulink environment with "From Workspace" block.. The simulation stoptime will be something about 90 seconds (1 Hz). In general, I'll need a 90 rows vector to be imported.. Is there any way to use this vector, importing 1 row per each 10 seconds of the simulation?
