Problems with Arduino package

Hi all,
yesterdays i have installed from internet the arduino package. Today i wanted to play around a little bit, i see that simulink does not have any information about the hardware anymore.
I wanted to install the package again but i receive the attached error message
Can please somebody help
Using 2013b release as a single user with network license

this is the error message
