What should I do for getting pixels one by one and do gaussian function for each one????

I want to get all image pixels one by one and for each one do gaussian distribution. what should I do???? I'm using impixel for getting pixels... Is this true? What should I do for gaussian function ? Does Matlab have its function or I have to define it? PLEASE HELP ME
