matlabpool error and local cluster profile SPMD validation failed

When tried to run matlabpool, gives the error message below:

When I tried to validate the local cluster profile it fails to perform the SPMD job test. Validation details as below:

It looks like there are some problems opening up communications. If you have a firewall running on your system, try disabling it and seeing if that makes any difference.
