use sparseLM on windows

Hi there,
I am wondering if anybody happened to use sparseLM library on windows (it contains mex functions). I was trying to compile it on windows but couldn't make it. I really appreciate it if somebody can share the experience.

Please include the error message or problem that is preventing you from compiling the library.
