MATLAB GUI -> XBee -> Arduino with XBee

Hi, I'm just wondering if there is a way to control a remote arduino via two XBees from a MATLAB GUI.
Essentially what I'm going for is: Send commands using the GUI to the XBee attached to the computer which will send commands to another remote XBee attached to an Arduino.
