how do I decide length of Hamming window for spectrogram function?

I have a signal sampled at 200hz and I created a bandpass filter for 0.15-0.4 Hz. I want to run the filtered signal through a spectrogram but I don't seem to get the right output. What should the spectrogram arguments be?
