I am doing a hydraulic flow simulation in simulink. The flow goes through multiple metering orifices.I was including the holes one by one into simulation to track errors. When 2 holes are considered, I got expected results. But when I included the third hole, it throws the error "Cannot propagate 3-D signal from output port 1 of block 'PAF_DAMPER_F_sponge/Gain1' to input port 1 of block 'PAF_DAMPER_F_sponge/Integrator'. The latter block does not accept signals with greater than 2 dimensions (either entirely or in its current configuration).".

Can somebody help me to resolve this issue?
