In File Exchange, when I choose some application, say, Reversi, there is a link in the upper right corner "Download App". When I click on it, it starts to download a .zip file. Inside this archive there is only the license.txt file. So where is the app?

Or does app means something else in this contest?

They might have forgotten to include it. Send a note to files at mathworks dot com and ask them to look into it.

I have two suggestions:

  1. Try opening the archive you downloaded with WinZip, and see if you can see the App inside then.
  2. If that doesn't work, try downloading the whole submission, and the app should be included as part of the submission.
