how can i generate a 2-d plot with three vectors. b-scan display?

I have to implement a B-scan display. I have calculated the bearing corresponding to each frequency bin, I also have the corresponding spectral magnitude. I wish to have a surface plot with frequency and bearing as my 2 axes and spectral magnitude as color intensity. All three being vectors. The issues I face:-

(a) Reshaping is not working. (b) Memory constraint, I can not reduce the no. of samples without introducing errors
