i want to plot the sliding surface which is in fact time-varying sliding surface, so want to show that in the plot figure against e/de.

Don't assume we understand your field of work. Most folks on this forum are good at Matlab, but most are not familiar with your applications. To get an answer on this forum, you will usually have better luck if you can describe exactly what data you have, what it means, and what your end goal is. Post example data if you can.
Draw a picture of the plot you want to create, and upload it so we understand what you're trying to do. The picture doesn't have to be created in Matlab--you could use MS Paint, or draw on a napkin with lipstick and take a photo of it. However you make it, pictures help.
Give us an idea of what you've tried so far. If you've already been trying things in Matlab that have not worked, post that code and we might be able to identify the problem.
When describing your problem, explain exactly what you mean by "switching", "surface", "e/de", and any other lingo you may use. When you ask a question on this forum and no one offers an answer, it's most often because the question is unclear. Sometimes no one responds to short, unclear questions because we think, "why should I put any effort into answering this question, when the poster has not put any effort into asking it?"
Sometimes the process of properly wording a question will help you understand your own work better, and sometimes developing the right wording will even lead you to the answer you seek. And in every case, practicing clear communication will help you become a better scientist or engineer.
