how can i install simlink in matlab 2014a? Help....!

I`ve tried to run "install_addon", and I have the smlink.zip file in the same current folder, but I got the next message, and I can't finish the installation...... u.u

just close MATLAB and "Run as Administrator", and then write te command install_addon.... it works for me
