my first time running mesh2d. I entered the four nodes of a square into "node". Seems innocuous enough. But get error msg below. Any ideas out there? I have the mesh2d folder under the matlab folder. I thought matlab would search the disk for the function if it did not find it at first. maybe syntax? TY John
>> node=[0,0;0,1;1,1;1,0]
node =
0 0
0 1
1 1
1 0
>> [p,t]=mesh2d(node)
??? Undefined function or method 'mesh2d' for input arguments of type 'double'.

John - mesh2d isn't a standard MATLAB function, and is a function that you can obtain from the MATLAB File Exchange. Try Darren Engwirda's mesh2d submission. Make sure you review the comments at this link as at least one indicates a problem with the function tsearch needing to be replaced with tsearchn (the code is provided in the comment so make sure you copy that over to your downloaded version).
