There is this command I do not know if it is equal to a normal or command :
if or(routine==3,routine==4)
and also , is routine an external parameter ? cause I did not see that introduce before hand , in the code i am reading , I was wondering that it might be an in built variable ?

Why make it complicated? Just simply do
if routine==3 || routine==4
