How do I remove specific markers in scatter plot?
Can I do that? I'm working with a scatter3 function.

Is it a huge amount or just like 1 or 2 for a one time job? Picture/screenshot?

set a specific point to invisible
point = scatter(x, y, 'rx');
set(point, 'visible', 'off')
