Code Replacement Block and handling Compiler Directives in the autocode for Matlab2014b

Is there any support provided by Mathworks to replace a S-Function in a model by a Code Replacement Block , which would act as a function call to the S-Function present in some other library, in the code generated. Is there any way around to handle the present scenario described above.
Also, is there any better solution to handle compiler directives entry in the autocode.
