.dmg Image not recognized for any of 2014b, 2014a and 2013b on Yosemite

I can't install newly downloaded MatLab_2014b_OSX.dmg, after I upgraded to Yosemite. The error from DiskImageMounter says "Image not recognized." Please help.
I downloaded 2014b to install with a site license because my older version of 2013a would not work with Yosemite and no patches are available to fix the problem.
