how can i test n predict data using matlab?

I have a data set in excel sheet about max temp n cloud coverage for last 10 yrs. I applied training to network i created . but how to forecast results on basis of old training?

Which net?
Net input parameters (e.g., (ID,FD,H)) ?
[ I H [ = size(input) ?
[ O H ] = size(target) ?
MSE = ?
