Hello, the answer of ode32 has fluctuation, How i can solve it?

I solve 5 set of ode by ode32, but the answer of it has fluctuation(See picture). I do these:

1- change step time 2- try using ode15s , ode23tb and...

but the problem doesn't solve.

please help me.
