Plot an harmonic signal analysis

Hi my friends,
I want to ask a simple (but i couldn't do it :( ) question.
I have a harmonic signal w(t)=4*cos(ωt+Φ) . And i want to plot amplitude discrete spectrum, phase discrete spectrum and power discrete spectrum.
How can i do ?
