Matlab licences in maintenance mode

Hello,

We have bought Matlab licenses. We need concurrent network licenses, but the dealer have made misstate and sold to us designated computer licenses. I got message, that it is possible to transfer licenses because they are at the same price level. Now all mine licenses are in maintenance mode over 2 weeks. I can't use it. Please do your job faster and assign the right type of licenses.
