Hello everyone, has any of you encountered the same problem? The matlab totally freezes when I try to open the help document. I can use the 'help' command in command window but when I try to see more details by clicking the 'reference page', matlab freezes. I use Mac OS Yosemite, macbook pro with Retina.

I have the same problem as Bingzhi. Using the "current folder" box GUI MATLAB freezes when I try to expand a directory tree.
Did the bug fix 870843 work? The documentation says is was fixed in 2014b when you click the bug report above.

meet with the same problem. " Description
On some Macintosh systems, when the "Enable Access for Assistive Devices" setting is on, attempting to use the Help browser or Web browser may cause MATLAB to become unresponsive or terminate abruptly. "
so i uncheck all the checkbox in that list, restart matlab, and the problem is solved.
try it.
