early stop in ANN

HEllo dear all
I make neural network and my results is ok r2 is 0.9 but when I bring new data the result is too bad they told me this is overfitting and I should make early stop technique but I don't know how to do it is there is any code or anything help me

Validation stopping is a default. Cannot help without seeing the relevant code.
