use of cell arrays (vectors) on a neural network fitting tool?

I am using neural network to estimate values of an experimental test. However, I would like to be able to do it in a 3 dimensional way...hence, the use of the cell arrays, but I do not know how to use it with the fitting tool

Multiple dimensions does not require the use of cells. Regardless, You will have to explain your problem in more detail. Well commented code and error messages will help.
