I have matlab application complied with MCR 7.15.Works fine with Laptop with windows 8 and desk with windows 7 does not start

I have an internal company tool which works with MCR 7.15. i installed MCR file but Gui does not opens up.i just get a prompt which says that "Opening log file: C:\Users\bhattpiy\AppData\Local\Temp\java.log.6224". GUI never opens up.
same MCR file works with may laptop with windows 8 installed.Desktop have windows 7 installed . Both laptop and desktop have 64 bit OS.
