How to create jar file of neural network in matlab

hello.. I'm new to matlab. i'm using matlab2014a. I have created neural network by using nntool and I trained it and saved it as a mat file. I want to create a jar file of that trained network. For that I used deploytool command. But the problem is I don't have clear idea about doing this. Please help me.. Thank you..

What is a jar file?
>> lookfor jar
jbtest - Jarque-Bera hypothesis test of composite normality.
What is the deploytool?
>> lookfor deploytool
deploytool not found.
