Hello,
Over the last week I have had difficulties accessing the online Matlab documentation.
Whenever I go to see a specific function (usually from google) I get the following message:
My MathWorks Account Database Error We are sorry, this service is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience, please try again later. If you need immediate assistance please contact us.
Is there anything I can do to fix this?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Kind regards,
Antonios

In the past, there have been three different issues reported:
1. Browser issues - if you can, change the browswer and see if you can access. Try countermeasures like deleting the Cache etc.
2. Issues related only to a certain mathworks domain. You could try to change the domain (country setting at the top)
3. While 1. and 2. are unintended technical effects, 3. is an intended setup of older release and some products need a MathWorks Account and/or an active license. You should however see a meaningful error message.

See if you can access it directly from the MATLAB Documentation site. (If you’re successful, bookmark the link.)

Thank you both for your feedback.
After logging in my account to ask the question I could then access to the online documentation.
Many thanks,
Antonios
