how to embedding shape prior with fourier alignment?

i have a problem to implement the method of geometric shape prior to region based active contours using fourier based shape alignment. This method is the same of chanvese. But there is a prior term added with fourier descriptors.

activecontour() can take a starting shape. See my attached demo.
