Is the Adafruit 16-channel PWM/Servo Shield supported?

When I installed the MATLAB Support for Arduino Hardware, I had the opportunity to install the Adafruit\MotorShieldV2 Libaries/Support.

The Adafruit Servo Shield uses the same I2C Interface like the Motor Shield.

Is it possible to work with the Servo Shield and the Arduino MEGA2560 R3?
