Drawing plot3 points thicker according to frequency in data

Hi.

I am using plot3 (or plot) for plotting a 3D dataset, and many of my points are almost identical, let's say (0,0,0)+error. Currently I only see a single point in the origin, thus not reflecting visually my data. Is it possible to make plot3 generate thicker 'points' when a value if more frequent than others?
