probleme in iris normalization

I am working on iris recognition systeme ,and i have some probleme with iris normalisation, i am done with transformation plar of my coordinates and the next step is : "to mapping of each of the iris coordinate onto polar grid using linear interpolation". that what i found at the net and i did'nt understand it .some help pliiiiiiiiiiiiize
