spreadsheet not compatible with the architecture of this application

hi there, i just upgrade my software from windows 7 (32bits) to windows 7 (64 bits), and i did the same with matlab(2010a 32 bits) to matlab(2010a 64 bits), but when i try i add the spreadsheet link add-in, i get a error message that says " compile error in hidden module : Module 1 This error usually occurs when the code is incompatible with the version , platform or architecture of this application "

theres a way to solve this issue???

You omitted one of the most important information, the version of Excel you're using. Possibly, you're using the 32 bit version of Excel instead of the 64 bit. Check in help/about in Excel.

thanks por your time. And, yes the software is the 64 bits versión of excel.
