How can I generate objects on clicking mouse?

I want to design a game in which on clicking blocks must appear. I wanted to ask what are the suitable functions that can be used. Thanks

To access the same documentation from within matlab, type:
web(fullfile(docroot, 'matlab/creating_plots/capturing-mouse-clicks.html'))
