How to convert a Matlab simulation code into a visual simulation?

I'm designing the simulation of a flow process (something like an M/M/1 queue), with people moving through the process, using Matlab. Is it possible to get a visual simulation for that as well? Possible with little dots to denote people arriving and departing from each stage according to the exponential distributions chosen?
