Is it possible to solve elliptic pde with additional term b*nabla(u)?

Hi, I am trying looking into solving a piezolectric bilayer with applied voltage in cylindrical coordinates in 2D. Is it possible to solve an equation type of the following form with Matlab / the pdetoolbox?
nabla*(c * nabla(u))-b*nabla(u)=0 where nabla is the differential operator with respect to my radial coordinate r and the z-coordinate z
Hence, I need to consider an additional term b*nabla(u) as the difference to the standard elliptic equation that is documented in the matlab pdetoolbox.
Best Regards, Patrick
